I remember searching online for a used plasma beam line back in 2018 and calling JPS International. Casey Janes spent half an hour discussing the pros and cons of the machine I was interested in, and he brought to light things I never considered about buying CNC equipment. Casey and his father, Peter, helped lay out a plan for growth. They arranged a meeting with the head of Voortman North America, finding ways to make things work for my company. They proposed a better machine that would offer more effective processing capabilities and a longer lifespan. A few days later, they flew to my shop, helped with the layout, introduced me to finance companies, material handling companies, and more. With their help, we assembled a package that worked for Red Dog. Since then, our company has grown from 10 to 33 employees, and our wages and benefits have increased. Peter and Casey have been instrumental in sharing how automation can help us grow. JPS has also connected me with other fabricators who have shared their knowledge and served as mentors. Their support has been invaluable, from providing parts during the pandemic to celebrating holidays with personal messages. Peter and Casey have been an instrumental force in the growth and success of Red Dog Fab and many other companies.
